Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations and strategies across the entire country. They will lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales plans, and execute strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Scope of Work

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets nationwide.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Travel extensively to various regions within the country to oversee sales operations, meet clients, and assess market conditions.

Applicant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
