Scope of Work

  • Identify potential clients in the food services industry.
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
  • Gather customer feedback.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain a sales database.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing department on sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with customer service for after-sales support.

Applicant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the food services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
