Scope of Work

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for upcountry regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in upcountry areas.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and address concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends specific to upcountry regions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Travel extensively across provinces to oversee and support sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective coverage of upcountry areas.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports.
  • Implement corrective measures to address performance gaps and optimize results.

Applicant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on upcountry regions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Extensive experience in cross-regional travel and client relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research.
  • Adaptability to different cultural contexts and market dynamics.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
